AndaSeat provides shipping on all orders with selected shipping options.

All orders will normally be shipped within 72 business hours of an order placed.

Delivery Update

The ongoing COVID - 19 impacts may cause certain delay of shipment.

* For instock items, Current shipping takes 7 to 10 business days.

* For pre - ordered items, it may take 1 to 2 months to deliver.

Little Tip: The stockings are limited, do not let hesitations prolong your delivery.

AndaSeat ships orders from US warehouse, UK warehouse and AU warehouse. We do not ship to any PO Boxes unless it is linked to a street address. Our shipping couriers require street address information for the order to be processed.

Once your order tracking number has been generated, it will be on the order information page when you log into your account on our website. Please click on the My Order tab to obtain all of your order and tracking information so you are informed about the delivered details.

AndaSeat ships all chairs in unopened boxes that come directly from our manufacturer so customers will receive the chairs in pristine condition. If you should receive a chair that has been damaged while in transit please contact us immediately at service-support@andaseat.com and we will be able to assist you with your concerns.
