Warranty Extension

Enjoy extra peace of mind by extending the standard 2-year warranty on an eligible AndaSeat gaming chair or desk to a total of 5 years, with no monetary charge, by completing the steps below.

The five-year period begins on the date you receive your product. It is a total five-year warranty period, not an additional five years after the standard warranty ends.

This policy applies in the United Kingdom to qualifying products bought directly from andaseat.co.uk and delivered to a UK address. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Warranty Policy.

Who can apply

The extension is available to the original purchaser of an AndaSeat gaming chair or gaming desk bought directly from andaseat.co.uk, delivered to a UK address and used for domestic, private and non-commercial purposes.

  • Gaming chairs: eligible for extension from 2 years to a total of 5 years.
  • Gaming desks: eligible for extension from 2 years to a total of 5 years.
  • Accessories: not eligible for this programme.

One extension may be registered for each eligible gaming chair or desk. The extension is not transferable.

How to extend your warranty

  1. Share your genuine experience. Publish a public social-media post containing photographs or video of your AndaSeat product.
  2. Tag and disclose. Include #AndaSeat, tag the official AndaSeat account for your chosen platform and clearly disclose the warranty-extension incentive by placing Ad or #Ad prominently at the beginning of the post or caption.
  3. Submit your application. As soon as the post is live, complete the warranty-extension form on this page with your order, product and social-post details. You do not need to wait 30 days before applying.
  4. Keep the post public. The qualifying post must remain publicly available for at least 30 days from the date it is published, including after you receive an extension confirmation.

What you need for the application

Please have the following information ready before completing the form:

  • the shipping name used for the order;
  • your AndaSeat UK order number;
  • the email address used for the order;
  • the eligible product you want to extend;
  • the social-media platform used;
  • your social-media handle;
  • the date the post was published; and
  • a working public link to the qualifying post.

Confirmation

We will send the outcome to your order email address within 7 working days of receiving a complete application. The extension is not automatic and takes effect only when we confirm acceptance in writing.

If we confirm the extension before the 30-day posting period has ended, the confirmation remains conditional on the qualifying post staying public for the full 30 days. If the post becomes unavailable before then, we may contact you and give you a reasonable opportunity to explain or correct the issue before deciding whether the condition has been completed.

Please keep the confirmation email with your order records. If information is missing or the social post cannot be viewed, we may contact you before completing the application.

Extension terms

  • The coverage, exclusions and claims process in our Warranty Policy apply throughout the extended period.
  • The extension covers eligible manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations, damage caused by incorrect assembly, or another exclusion explained in the Warranty Policy.
  • Each accepted application applies only to the eligible product identified in the form. If an order contains more than one eligible product, submit a separate application for each product.
  • The extension is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace, restrict or exclude them.
  • Submitting a post as evidence of eligibility does not give AndaSeat or Compare Technology Limited permission to reuse it in marketing. Any reuse requires separate permission or an applicable content licence.
  • Changes to this programme will apply only to eligible products purchased after the change. They will not reduce an extension already confirmed or disadvantage a qualifying application for an earlier purchase where this programme was offered at the time of purchase.
